The first RE/MAX Center office was opened in 1995 and has grown to become the most sucessful RE/MAX Franchise in the state of Georgia. RE/MAX Center has over 160 REALTORs with offices located in Braselton, Duluth and Johns Creek.

Patrick Finnick
Owner/Broker

Prior to entering the real estate industry in 1988, Patrick worked for a local manufacturing company, Peachtree Windows & Doors.  At Peachtree Windows & Doors, he was often assigned to design new processes to streamline workflow.  The skills learned at Peachtree Windows & Doors were carried over to real estate.  It is extremely important to Patrick that service commitments are established to assure the company exceeds its commitment to customers and clients. 
In the early years of Patrick's real estate career, he was recognized by the companies he was associated with for numerus outstanding achievement awards.  Coldwell Banker awarded Patrick the rookie of the year award in 1990.  At Metro Brokers in 1992, Pat was consistently one of the top performers.  In 1993, Patrick was recruited to manage Covenant Real Estate.  Covenant Real Estate had won a contract to oversee the sales and management of HUD properties throughout Georgia.  From startup to success, Patrick hired and trained new sales associates.  Patrick developed all of the sales processing for the company to meet and exceed HUD and the State of Georgia regulations.
 
In 1994, Patrick purchased a RE/MAX Franchise along with his business partner, Teresa Bueno.  In the early years of RE/MAX Center, the company became known for its fulltime professional REALTORs.  The company has won several awards for sales and customer services.  Patrick is constantly asked about his approach to running a successful real estate office.  His answer? It really comes down to one simple mind set;  Buyers and Sellers deserve the best possible advice.  Real Estate is generally a person's single largest investment and having a fulltime professional guide a consumer through the process is invaluable.  Patrick's commitment is for REMAX Center to be known as a unique place where Fulltime Professional REALTORs thrive. 
Faye Finnick
Owner/CFO
 
Faye has been managing RE/MAX Center's finances since 1999 with 20 years prior experience working in payroll.  She handles all the companies accounting including accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll and more.  Faye ensures staff is properly trained on processing Sales Agreements, Closings, Referrals and more.  Faye also ensure the office is equiped with the proper office supplies for day-to-day operations and any special events.

Holly Fogel
Director of Development
 
Holly has been with RE/MAX Center since 2000 and has held many different roles.  As a licensed REALTOR who sold for over 9 years, Holly brings a unique style to her coaching and training.  She thinks first like a salesperson and second like a trainer/coach.  Holly is passionate about the RE/MAX Brand, powerful tools, and systemized approach to working with buyers and sellers.  Holly teaches our members how to provide a higher level of service to clients to promote repeat and referral based business.  She is a trainer that “meets you where you are” in your growth and is enthusiastic, energetic and serious about helping our members WIN!
 
Tina Helms
Director of Operations
 
Tina has been with RE/MAX Center since 2008 working in many different roles.  Tina's background includes working as a licensed real estate agent,  managing a successful property management team and also working for over 5 years in the mortgage industry.  With her diverse real estate background, Tina utilizes these skills to ensure RE/MAX Center is consistently working to provide valuable  tools and service to RE/MAX Center agents through management of the staff and agent resources.  Tina also manages RE/MAX Center's social media, marketing and event coordination.  She assures agents have the resources available to jump start their career.
JoAnn MacHamer
Business Consultant
 
JoAnn has been in real estate for over 20 years.  She managed sales agents and directed marketing effors for new homebuilders primarily in the Washington, DC metro area. Her experience included working as an Associate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, owning her own real estate consulting business in Ohio and working as the VP of Marketing for the #1 RE/MAX Team in Georgia. Her major strenghts include team building and sales and marketing coaching. She has been involved within the industry as chair of the sales and marketing council and holds the GRI and MIRM designations. Community associations have included the Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year and council member the Arts. She draws from each of these expeirences as she works both with our current agents and recruits new high-minded, learning based agents.  Being the best is working with the best and that is JoAnn's goal at RE/MAX Center.
Natalie Stringfield
Director of Agent Services and Solutions
 
Natalie has a strong background in customer service and management.  Starting at RE/MAX Center in 2015, Natalie has quickly become the "go to" person for agent support.  Natalie ensures that agents are set up in all RE/MAX Center systems and thoroughly trained.  This included one-on-one support in helping agents set up thier contact database in LeadStreet, their RE/MAX website, utilizing the paperless system and social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.  

Natalie also manages and trains support staff ensuring that service commitments are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Office Support

RE/MAX Center employs a Full Time Staff that ensure the agents receive Top Notch Customer Service and Support.  Each office is staffed, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  
 
The staff has an "in by 9 am, out that day" goal.  What does this mean?  Any commission, listing, or contract that is turned in by 9:00 a.m. will be completed by the end of the day.  This goal has been achieved every single business day RE/MAX Center has been open since 1995.
